Refund policy

Returns must be made in 5 days of receiving shipment, and must display a return code. Return codes can be requested by email, info@janenodinejewelry.com

Defective products will be replaced or repaired if there is manufacturing error. 

Only new UNUSED products will be accepted for refund.

Buyer pays shipping costs.
